I’ve just returned from Maui where I soaked up the Aloha Spirit to bring back to the Mainland. So what is the Aloha Spirit? According to Serge Kahili King of Aloha International,
“The Aloha Spirit is a well known reference to the attitude of friendly acceptance for which the Hawaiian Islands are so famous. However, it also refers to a powerful way to resolve any problem, accomplish any goal, and to achieve any state of mind or body that you desire. ” Aloha International
And the word Aloha means so much more than just hello or good-bye. It also represents love, joy, and the sharing of life energy and becoming attuned to the Universal power that Hawaiians call mana.
You can see it in the faces of the people of the islands, in the smiles of hula dancers and vendors or the surfers heading to the beach and on the faces of blissed out tourists like myself. It’s happily contagious and so I have brought the spirit of aloha home with me to share this universal power which is simply to :
Bless everyone and everything that represents what you want!
So as I return to day to day life, I reflect on the Aloha Spirit in my daily life as I wish you all
Beautiful. I have a grandson named Aloha and will forward this to him.
Flying Happily,
